At LaFrancé Official, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
